Toorak House
This dwelling had been in the same family for two generations, and vacant for a number of decades.
It had become largely uninhabitable before the owner decided to renovate with a view to putting the dwelling on the market.
The project brief was to restore the Victorian period style details to the existing dwelling and extend the rear of the house to provide a contemporary and open plan family home which maximised access the northern sun.
