The Cottage, Albert Park
A tiny cottage converted for contemporary living.
This single storey one bedroom cottage with a single living area and no visual link to the rear courtyard garden was converted to a light and airy double storey contemporary house with two bedrooms, two living areas, study and private roof terrace-all without encroaching on the already small rear courtyard.
The additions were completed within the strict planning framework set out for a significant heritage precinct within the City of Port Phillip.
