Essendon House
Originally a substantial single storey freestanding Victorian dwelling with a tired 1980’s renovation the project brief was to completely transform the property into a large contemporary home incorporating a basement garage, home theatre and wine cellar.
The original sections of the house have been completely renovated and restored. A separate rear garden pool house and outdoor living areas were also incorporated into the project.
