Clifton Hill House (4)
When two houses become three.
Built as a secluded new dwelling behind two existing Edwardian houses within an Heritage Overlay area, this family sized house on a large allotment is unusually large for the area.
With three living spaces and five bedrooms the ground floor is almost completely open plan with a garden outlook from every window. The house is designed as a mix of both traditional and contemporary form and has a strong emphasis on sound environmental performance.
