Clifton Hill House (2)
Starting life as a renovation this project quickly became a complete rebuild ,but it had to match the original house.
The project brief was to convert this single storey Edwardian bungalow into a substantial four bedroom double storey contemporary house. Located within an area with strict Heritage planning controls the new work was to sit comfortably within the existing streetscape with the double storey rear additional hidden from the street view.
